Easier form of Plants/Herbs Intake



As per the suggestion given by Sakthi Subramani & Healer Bhaskar, 3 easy ways of adding the plants/herbs in daily food.

1.  Decoction/Juice : started boiling all healthier plants in water and adding that decoction to all the food preparations
2.  Paste/Chutney in Dosa : Make the herb as a paste added with Chilli and mix with normal Idli/Dosa dough to make Dosa Roast or normal dosa
3.  Green Dhall : Any Green with Tomato, Garlic, Onion, Chilli and Dhall makes a great taste.  Addition of Green limit should be in a proportion that it does not bring the bitter taste as most of the people does not like bitter taste

Limit is as far as it does not affect the original taste of the dish, adding the decoction/juice to make Chappathi, Sambar, Rasam etc
