Energy and Power Generation
This is to generate the Energy and Power within us :-)
Sit on a chair or on the floor comfortably. You can also do the meditation in the Pooja Room with a lamp lit and lights off for a better feeling and focus.
1. Chant 'Om NamaShivaya' loudly together with the audio played, for 3 minutes. This will increase your vibration.
2. Mantra chanting on your own for 3 minutes: Chant aloud at your own pace with prolonged OHM, each OHM followed by chanting NamaShivaya, as much as possible.
This will increase your exhale and hence inhale.
3. Gratitude Meditation: Start thanking right from the Universe, Solar System, Sun, Moon, the Sky, our Earth with Clouds, Rain, Sea, Forests, Mountains, Water Resources and the Nature in full. Then, thank your favourite Gods including Lakshmi and Saraswathy. Now, thank your forefathers. Then your parents and all our relatives, friends, all events and all the people (including all your past and present teachers) who helped you/ who are helping you directly and indirectly. Thank all our well wishers also.
When you are so happy with almost the tears on the eyes, thank for the future goals that you want to achieve. Visualise all your wishes with pleasure and fulfillment as if they have already happened.
4. Deep Breathing Technique - 8 minutes: Inhale and Exhale to the maximum of 60 times. At the end of it, 2.5 minutes will be given for hold after the last exhale. You hold only till you are comfortable and then again Inhale and Exhale to hold again. Initially your hold may be for 7 to 10 seconds only. Gradually there will be an increase in the holding time.
5. Fivetimes of Bhramari pranayama (Bee Breath):
Close your eyes and ears gently. Close your mouth.
Keep your fingers as shown in the picture [that you can see during the Meditation time]. Inhale and Exhale, making humming bee sound. Do it on your own for 5 times.
Timing: 6.45 pm to 7.15 pm daily.
