Right Punishment is the one that change/transforms a person

There are many activities that are brought in India culture with a reason. But whereever the reason is not understood, there is always a chance that either it will lead to a trend that causes problem or will vanish over time.

One of the habit that prevailed in India is making "Thoppu Karanam" (in Tamil) in front of Lord Ganesha. The way of doing it can be understood by watching the following video about Super Brain Yoga in http://www.a2zyoga.com/blog/2010/05/07/super-brain-yoga%C2%AE/. Either kids who does something wrong at home or school was asked to do this as a punishment. Right punishment is only the one that changes or transforms any one who does the mistake. That is the reason why the kids are asked to do. If that is the case, can we all do atleast few times in the morning and evening to make ourselves changed. Whether it is elder person or children, we have a lot to learn till we die. No human can be there without mistakes and there is always lot to improve.

We must appreciate people doing it as they want to progress towards a better change and the kids can be asked to do this in the morning and evening in the schools. Teacher can give all the feedbacks that a student have to improve upon.
