This blog is created to ensure that the joinees who come later can have a quick understanding on the purpose, ground rules etc.
Purpose of this group is to give importance to Breathing & Meditation that takes us to the next level in healthier body, better energy, Clarity in Thought and Decision Making, to understand Athma/Soul.
1. Sharing Methodologies/Experience : Let us share methodologies, our experiences & benefits in group and whatever that helped us to improve. However, it is completely our choice to think through it, follow it and ensure that we improve and do not harm ourselves in any ways. Let us ask any question wherever we need to improve.
2. Self and Group Motivation Increase : Once we do Breathing/Asanas/Meditation in the morning, we can mention that we have "Done" in the group. This benefits the self to have better discipline and for others in the group to stay motivated.
Let us start at some possible duration of time investment and increase slowly, if we are not able to do all that we wanted to do. Let us thank Self/Higher Self for what we have done rather than regretting about what is not being done.
3. Ground Rules : Let us not share anything not related to this group & purpose. Whoever deviates by placing content not related to this group, will have to check whether all have done the breathing exercise, asanas, meditation on the previous day and inform in the group 😀. Also, these type of activities will be decided innovatively. Let us also apply innovation to make us better, anyway. 😇. If required, One of you can create another group with same members for all other forwards/other thoughts to be shared.
4. Sharing Currently Benefitted Methodology :
To start with Breathing Excercise, followed by Asanas and Meditation is giving good benefit.
Though I have been practising Yoga, meditation for around 10 years, through Sai Yoga Sala in Arumbakkam and Isha's Sambavi Mahamudra, I am finding much more improved & big change in energy when I started doing the below breathing exercise of Whim Hof. It is giving more importance to "Holding the breath" and especially doing breathing through mouth is giving more benefit.

5. Asanas : Doing this for around 35 to 40 mts gives good benefits.
Below reminds few of the Asanas from which we can try to follow or do our own Asanas that we could recall. It gives a bell sound every one minute. This helps us to stay in a pose for a minute, atleast.

6. Meditation : Recently did 21 days Abundance Meditation of Dr. Deepak Chopra. It was immensely helping to come out of the most stressful times in job due to remote working during this Covid Season.

Let us start doing from Day 1 again. Repeating every 21 days is also making ourselves better and better.

9. Music : Listening to your favourite music/mantra chanting for 24*7 can always be planned by you and ensure that your favourite music stays near your work location, be it at home or office. This makes lot of difference in our Sub Conscious mind.
10. Lamp : Having a lamp lit for all the 24 hrs, helps to do Pancha bootha meditation when ever you start seeing the light. In fact, when we are doing asanas, we can focus on the light.
Few Other Regular Routines
11. Taking bath as a first activity in the morning gives lot of energy to start with all the above 😀. This is also one of the Pancha bootha Shuddi
12. Having the dinner light/fruits and vegetable based, makes the body light and help in getting up early in the morning, with or without alarm.
Important Note : Kindly take the guidance of Guru/Teacher, if you have not got trained in any of the methodology of Breathing/ Asanas/ Meditiation. Always, let us do only possible things. Say, we are able to do Hold the breathing for only 5 to 10 seconds, let us pat ourselves for the same. Let us practise regularly and we will see the increase & improvement very soon.
